Water sports - Mundi Recra!
The lakes Lagowski and Trzesniowski, invite you to all possible unmotorized water sports. The park is located on the shores of Jezioro Lagowski and you can almost dive into the water from your front door.
The park has its own beach where the children can have a great time playing, while you enjoy the sun. Two piers run out onto the water and offer great paddling possibilities, but you can also temporarily dock your boat or canoe.
Swimming is the easiest form of water sports and it offers possibilities for everyone. Paddling right from the shores and for the smallest children it's safe playing and swimming close to the beach. Practised swimmers can also swim further from the beach. Snorkeling is a great way to explore the underwater world of the lake. No motorized boats are allowed on the water of these lakes so it is safe for you to swim. If you decide to go out onto the water do make sure someone knows where you're going or that you are guided by someone in a rowing boat or canoe/kayak.
The clear water of the lakes also provided great diving. There's excellent vision, also on greater depth. The diversity of the underwater world of these glacial lakes is enormous and you are in for many beautiful sights. The village of Lagow may not be large but it does offer you the possibility to view the lakes from a different point of view.
Most water sports take place on the water and these lakes offer many possibilities. In Lagow (and hopefully also on the park itself soon) , you can hire paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and boats to explore the lakes. In the many curves of the shores you will find many hidden habitats of both plant and animal life. In a kayak or canoe you can explore all niches and corners and when you are very quiet you will see many aquatic birds and animals. The lakes are joined together, but through many canals and streams also connected to the larger rivers. A large waterway network has taken shape and offers many possible day tours by canoe or kayak.
A family tour by paddle boat, explore the lakes by paddling and stop when ever you feel like it to enjoy the sun or take a cooling jump in the water.
