The Bungalow.Net Trading N.V. privacy regulations as ordained by the Dutch law on protection of personal data.

1. Introduction
By way of several websites the holiday homes and bungalows of Bungalow.Net Trading N.V. and third parties are made available. Via the www.bungalow.nl and www.bungalow.net sites several accommodations are made available.

2. Information and use
The website consists of several pages on which visitor's data is tabulated. Bungalow.Net Trading N.V. collects this data exclusively for the purpose of obtaining information as to the popularity of its own pages in order to make adaptations in accordance with visitor's wishes. Statistics are not specific personal data. No addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail-addresses are made public.

3. Registration
In order to receive our newsletters or last minute offers, visitors must fill out a registration form in which address data is required (name, company name and e-mail). Additional information is optional. This data is not passed on to third parties.

4. Cookies
A cookie is a small text file containing information on the user, which is written onto the visitor's hard disk. Cookies do not contain any personal information of the visitors. The use of cookies is widely accepted. The reason we use them is to recognize our visitors and on that basis provide better service to the individual visitor. This can be done by sending an e-mail to info@bungalow.net. In the same manner it is also possible to request access to the personal data stored by us. We give the information stored by us by way of the e-mail address of the requesting party only.

7. Changes in the privacy regulations
In the case that we decide to alter our privacy regulations, we will announce these alterations on our website so that our visitors will be aware at all times of what information we gather about them, how we use this information and under which circumstances we make this information available. If at any moment we should decide to use personal information in any other way than what is described in the privacy regulations, at the moment we obtain this information, we will inform the users by way of e-mail. Users are given the choice to decide if we may or may not use the information in that specific way. We will use the information on this site in accordance with the privacy regulations under which this information has been obtained.
